Admission Policies for MBA/MCA Programs

(As per AICTE Guidelines)

1. Online Payment Terms & Conditions

     

      • All payments for the application, registration, and tuition fees must be made online through the
        provided payment gateway.

      • Once the payment is successfully processed, the student will receive a confirmation email and
        receipt.

      • No seat exchange is permitted under any circumstance.

      • Address

      • Any service charges or processing fees are non-refundable.

    2. Refund Policy & Seat Cancellation

    The refund of fees will be governed by the AICTE Refund Policy. Below are the key conditions:

       

        • Before the commencement of classes:  Full refund (except processing fee of ₹1,000).

        • After the commencement of classes:Up to 15 days from the start date: Refund with a deduction of 10% of total fees.

        • After 15 days but within 30 days: Refund with a deduction of 50% of total fees.

        • After 30 days: No refund will be provided.

        • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the admissions office, along with valid
          supporting documents.

      3. Eligibility Criteria for MBA/MCA Admission

      MBA Program:

      • A bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for reserved categories) from a recognized university.
      • Valid score in any recognized national/state-level entrance exam (e.g., CAT, MAT, PGCET, CMAT, or
        equivalent).

      MCA Program:

      • A bachelor’s degree in any discipline with Mathematics at 10+2 level or graduation with a minimum
        of 50% marks (45% for reserved categories).
      • Valid score in national/state-level entrance exams like PGCET or equivalent.

      4. Admission Process

      Step 1: Fill out the online application form and upload required documents.

      Step 2: Pay the non-refundable application fee through the online payment gateway.

      Step 3: Appear for the entrance exam or provide the scorecard (if already taken).

      Step 4: Shortlisted candidates will be called for GD/PI (Group Discussion and Personal Interview).

      Step 5: After selection, the candidate must confirm their seat by paying the first installment of fees.

      5. Important Notes

      • Admission Confirmation: Admission will be confirmed only after verification of submitted documents
        and payment of the required fees.
      • No Refunds for Seat Exchange: Once a seat is confirmed, seat transfers or exchanges are not
        allowed.
      • Admission Cancellation: The institution reserves the right to cancel admission in case of false
        information or non-compliance with eligibility norms.
